On March 28, a press conference was held for the "Osaka Come and See! Campaign," a press conference was held on March 28 for the "Kaorukaze Kabuki Special Performance.

This special performance will be held at the Osaka Shochikuza Theater from Sunday, May 11 to Sunday, May 25.

The press conference was attended by leading Kamigata kabuki actors such as Kataoka Ainosuke, who serves as the ambassador for the "Come to Osaka! Campaign" ambassadors, including Kataoka Ainosuke, Nakamura Ganjiro, and other leading Kamigata kabuki actors, as well as young Hanagata actors such as Nakamura Ichitaro and Nakamura Hashinosuke, participated in the press conference, expressing their willingness to promote the appeal of kabuki from Osaka to the world during the Osaka-Kansai World Exposition.

さらに今回は大阪府知事や大阪市長も出席し、公演の意義や期待について語りました。

まずは大阪府知事が、今回参加する俳優陣に感謝を述べつつ「素晴らしい歌舞伎の魅力、大阪の文化の魅力を、国内外に発信していけたらなと思います。」と、大阪・関西万博との相乗効果を期待しながら語りました。

大阪市長も同様に、大阪・関西万博のタイミングで注目が集まる機会に開催できることを喜び、「多くのみなさまに身近に歌舞伎を感じていただきたい。」と語りました。

The performance will be in three parts, each lasting approximately two to three hours, and will feature a familiar program designed to attract audiences from Japan and abroad to Osaka.

The first part, "Konjaku Kabuki Soshi", "Vegetative Kisho Ibun Yumemado Saiyuki", and the second part, "One Thousand and One Nights, Aragami no Maki" are new pieces, and the third part, "Yushozui Koi Taki: Koi Catching", includes many tricks such as the Tachimari of the main water and the midair ride.

Each is a special performance that will showcase the wonder and potential of Kabuki to the world.

Nakamura T.Karino then said, "This is a performance for everyone to enjoy Kabuki, a Japanese culture.

On the other hand, in "One Thousand and One Nights, Aragami-no-Maki," he said, "I thought for sure I would play the role of the lamp god, but it was taken by Saruya Ichikawa. It's a shame." He joked, inviting laughter.
