It has been announced that “1st Anniversary EXPO 2025—Relive Those Surprises and Thrills—@ Osaka: Come On Over!”—a commemorative event for the Osaka-Kansai Expo, which left a lasting impression on so many people last year—will be held!
We will be hosting “EXPO Beat Jam” at Universal Studios Japan.
The artists who helped make the Expo a success are reuniting for this event! On this memorable milestone—the one-year anniversary of the Expo’s closing—we’ll bring you all the excitement and emotion of the Expo once again.
We’ve also prepared a packed lineup of stage performances, including special appearances by the park’s characters and Myaku Myaku.

Event Details

Opening Stage by SIS

The event will kick off with a special dance performance by SIS, a pair of real-life sisters from the Kansai region who were involved in the choreography for both the opening and closing ceremonies of the Osaka-Kansai Expo and also performed in them, bringing the event to a fever pitch right from the start.

Special Performance by the New School Leaders

Featuring a spectacular performance by New School Leaders—who made headlines at the opening ceremony of the Osaka-Kansai Expo—we’ll present a special mini-concert that will rekindle the excitement of that time.

A Special Performance by Universal Studios Japan

We'll be featuring the park's characters and a special performance by Myaku Myaku, among other things.

The Finale Performance by Kobukuro

Kobukuro—who were appointed ambassadors for the 2025 Japan International Exposition and composed the official theme song for the Osaka-Kansai Expo—will perform a special mini-concert. They will bring back the sense of wonder and excitement from that time and bring the event to a grand finale.

[How to Apply] This offer is available to customers who book the “Trip to Universal Studios Japan” package at any JTB branch nationwide and are staying on Monday, October 12, 2026 (a national holiday) or Tuesday, October 13 (Tue), and who will enter the park on October 13 (Tue), are eligible to apply for this benefit.

[Viewing in Case of Rain]

Since this event will be held outdoors, the venue may be changed or the event may be canceled due to rain or other weather conditions.
In the event of a venue change, admission procedures will be as follows due to capacity limitations.

・Guests with travel packages: Even if the venue changes, you will still be able to watch the event at an indoor venue.
・Guests with general admission tickets: If the venue changes, you will not be able to attend the event.

Decisions regarding venue changes or event cancellations due to inclement weather may be made just before the event begins. We appreciate your understanding.

[Regarding Children's Attendance]

For the products being sold this time, just like with regular Studio Passes, admission is free for children 3 years old and under, and there is a fee for those 4 years old and older.

For children 3 years old and under, each winning parent or guardian (including accompanying guests) may bring up to one child.

[Information for Visitors with Disabilities]

Visitors who have a park-designated disability ID card can purchase a Studio Pass at a discounted price.

Visitors using wheelchairs are welcome to attend and view the performance, but advance registration is required.
